While i'm going to community college, i'm still technically going to my High School, I get my report card from there, I don't actually go to the high school, except for the debate team. It's a complicated program, but it's basically for kids who would rather go to a community college to finish high school rather than go to the traditional high school. I did it because I can get a lot of transferrable credits and ultimetly be done with two years of college before I go. Also because my brother didn't want to do it and if you were a twin you would know how incredibly annoying it is.
So yes, they require 20 hours of community service, and actually now they require 90 for the Freshman entering this year. Also universities like to see that you 'help the community', i'm over twenty but the more the better. |
