I remember (from some source) Storm T. commenting on "The meaning of life" (Sand Man) photo and saying it was part of the original photos but was not included on the lp. I guess it was in the guitar book. The different cover images are from the european and american versions of the original lp if my memory serves me. He also says that the guy "just forgot to stop swimming" or something like that.
