the net does have some great uses, it gives a lot of exposure to music that otherwise i would hear at all, or have to spend loads (hundreds of dollars) of money buying. (money that i do not have..) however, if i had money, i would buy all the cds i could. its much more satisfying to collect them, than files. once i have money, ill buy more cds. anyway, what im trying to say is, the net's massive musical resources do have a place, and they dont stop me from buying music. in fact, without hearing stuff online first, i probably wouldnt even buy anything, except what i saw on mtv. (which, need i add, is crap.) floyd, zep, radiohead, i learned of these groups online, and i still wish to buy all their albums i can.
