Large mixing bowl (more like a cauldron of sorts). Pour large quantity of 182 proof alcohol. Set a grille on top and put gigantic lump of sugar. Pour more 182 and set fire. The sugar melts and falls into the 182 inside (how THAT didn't catch fire, I don't know). When the glasses were passed around for the prost I also remember that it had plenty of spices in it (dry spices. Not the powders). It was amazing.

While Vacationing in Mexico, this was served after dinner:
Fire Coffee[list=1][*]
In a small silver cauldron put coffee, lime squeezing, & Kailua Ignite Fire on bottom burner, then add spices, (two?) other liquors, (not sure of what these were) nuts or large beans?[/list=1][list=2][*]
Torch top of mixture. Over the flame peel a lime so that a long tendril drops into the fire and liquid. Pull it out and the flame will relocate to the peel. [/list=2][list=3][*]
Pour cauldron mixture into 4 cups then cut the peel accordingly so each cup has a (now small)flaming peel.It Was Also Amazing![/list=3]
