Alright, I thought it was self explanitory.
He is not a nazi. What that section of the movie and album is saying is that when you are a rockstar, you have power over the crowd much like a dictator. Many rockstars have said that if they were to tell a crowd to kill someone in the audience, the crowd would obey. The would do anything for you, they would follow you. In a sence, he has control over them. Not too much in the movie should be taken literaly. It's a s*** load of symbolism.
