| Re: to burn...or not to burn..... I would like to hear as many opinions as possible on this. All of us using the forum probably have cd burners and download songs off the internet. But i guess i'm one of the few (well we'll see) that still enjoys going out to a record shop and buying an album. See for me its not only about the CD, but i love the artwork and package that some bands go to the trouble of doing. In relation to PF music burners, the re-issued, re-mastered and re-pressed albums done in 1997 (which are the ones i have) have complete artworks and are simply beautiful, and were worth the $30 each i paid for them. I do burn mp3's, but it's mostly Top 40's singles that i might like but just wouldn't buy. Also rare live stuff that i can't buy, but i wouldn;t really want an album burned, especially if its a band i love. Whats your opinion?
