Well, the real traditional types are large, charcoal and wood fired and difficult to maintain. Plus, it's a nifty technique one needs to learn to run them. They are also kinda slow, not suited for mainstreams markets I suppose. Anyways, the only places I've seen these are in the
Gharwal region of Uttar Pradesh, Ladhak, Leh, Punjab and Rajasthan.
