So, I've been trying to start a band lately. I'm not sure how exactly I should go about doing it. Is it best to just, find somebody who plays the instrument your looking for and use them? Or should you like, put a lot of effort into finding the perfect person. Because I've heard the downfall of a lot of bands is playing with people you don't like. So, got any tips?
