Re: Who recorded VH1 Legends on Floyd?

I haven't seen the last two BBC documentaries seeing how I am in the States and we only have crappy BBC-America, which makes no sense at all. Anyway, I have the Legends on tape and I think the song was just a loose jam, perhaps to contrive ideas that would pop up in later songs. I thought it interesting that it also had songs like "Apples and Oranges" and also "Vegetable Man" which was nice. The Syd stories were depressing, indeed. My ex recently sent me this cool Pink Floyd audio cd biography that this 100-page color booklet on the band. It had some interesting facts about Syd in it. Did anybody hear about him trying to get into an Indian Cult and getting rejected? Thus adding onto his angst and eventual turn to drugs. His father also died when he was young, but unlike that poser (sorry to say) Waters he knew his dad.

Much Love,
`Me`
