It might be that Dave's PF (Pedestrian Fraud) has so tarnished the good name that was Pink Floyd in the late '60's to late '70's. However, in all fairness, Roger was doing that by himself t'wards the end of his involvement with the band anyway. But no matter. It also may have something to do with the fact that Roger plays to relatively tiny crowds on his own tours, whilst Fraud fill enormodomes, playing lots and lots of music that Roger originally wrote. Or it might be that he's a prick, as Dave stated in the interview that you refer to, above.
