'DA', as we call it, is a continuous work in progress. It's amazing how flexible it is. Not only the admin panel is very elaborate, but if you feel confident enough to play with the php files and the templates, there really is no limit. Check out
www.vbulletin.org, its a place with custom 'hacks' for the vb board. It'll give you an idea what you can do with it. Pretty cool stuff.

important i just tried it and apparently users have the ability to delete their own posts (edit -> delete). You don't really want this, because if they're the first post in a thread, they have the power to nuke the entire thread. It's something you might wanna change in the user group settings!
one other small thing, I would personally move the support/helpdesk to the bottom of the list. It usually doesnt get much traffic. Altho maybe for now its better at the top like that, since people do seem to have problems here and there.
