Okay, I think I kinda sorta understand. You're speaking in terms of the fretbar though, not where the right hand is placed. Where or what do I do with my right hand while picking these?? All I do is work the X's from the top to bottom from the 15th to 12th fret then??? It's still a little confusing but it's better. I'm just not very familiar with guitars, it's all very very new to me. I'm gonna get back on here monday afternoon and study what you are saying and try to decipher what you and fulghum are saying.
