Bob Ezrin had nothing to do with creating the stage show... he wasn't even invited to see it (after he spilled the beans in 1979 about what happens at the end of it).
Roger may release the footage if it can be cleaned up, cleared for copyright, and remixed for 5.1. Otherwise I respect his decision to not release something that is of substandard quality.
