If we could ditch the utterly wretched sorrow and replace it with a couple of shiny brights from OBC or Relics and, quite honestly, ditch anything post-Wall in favour of far better, braver material from the early 70's. And 'See Emily Play' is soo dull and overexposed within the confines of the Floyd, that I can't honestly say I'd want to hear it again. The Fletcher Memorial Home, as I've observed before, has possibly the worst drum sound in rock (aside from Obituary's first album) and is significant for having one of Gilmour's most blatantly faxed in solos this side of all the others he's squeeeezed out since.
