I think being loud and drunk go hand in hand. Last weekend I was at a friend's house celebrating his birthday with much Tequila, bourbon and weed involved. Now Tequila provides for great entertainment, specialy those slammers( you know the salt, tequila, lemon thing). After about three one is drunk enough to take slammers off other ppl's bodies (lick the salt off the neck, take the shot and then take the lemon out of their mouth) All of this provides for much cheering and shouting! Then you run out of tequial and start delcaring your love(loudly ofcourse) for everyone all of this is then followed by D&Ms.
