US$50? Seriously? So I got mine from a shop for a bargain at AUS$25 new (less than 2 years ago)! But mine looks very different to the pics posted on ebay. It's a blue CD released by Sony Special Products or something similar. I'll post a pic of it soon if I get 'round to it.
