You are wrong. You are thinking of the
sixteenth ammendment. The eighteenth ammendment clearly states that "All men are free to suggest others view,
and (if approriate) contibute to, any materials (written or otherwise) on the subject of croation power dudes" (Gun's and Roses are not mentioned by name).
