For distortion I would advise against the Muffs. They are much harsher than any of your listed favorite tones. It also depends on what kind of guitar you are playing. Boss effects are awesome. I have a DD3 delay, and I am plenty happy with that. A great distortion that can also be used as a clean lead booster is the blues driver. I tried one today and had to hold myself back from buying it! For Floyd stuff, I would recommend it, especially if you don't have much in the way of EQ's and limiters to change the sound on other pedals. The Blues driver sounds great and is very versatile. The tone knob allows you to switch it from Clapton's "woman tone" all the way to the harsh, bitey tone from "Money". Great pedal! Give it a shot, and if you don't like it, don't buy it
