Not to veer of course with this subject but Jimi Hendrix played many of Noel Reddings bass parts on the Experience albums. Many of the Beach Boys records have studio musicians on them includin' Pet Sounds.Also playin Live and in the studio is like apple and oranges you can't compare the two. Does Roger suck on the Bass?hardly. Is Dave a better musician? Probably.Heh Sid Vicious couldn't play for crap half the time they unplugged him live because he was so bad. Also Keith Moon needed a replacement on The music must change(Who are You) because he couldn't play in that time signature. Does that mean he sucked too? Hardly i say.
