Shane, personally I agree that
Tonight was worse than
Never Let Me Down - though in my opinion his absolute low point was 1997's
Earthling - I'd still take either of thse albums over
A Momentary Lapse Of Reason with barely a second's thought.
Endless 'Final Cut'/'Momentary Lapse' debates seem pretty inevitable, now that you've suggested. They're perhaps the two most polar opposites in Pink Floyd's canon. I suppose it's all about who you dig more - Roger Waters or Duran Duran.
