Offers flood in for Barrett's home

Offers have flooded in for a house once owned by Pink Floyd founder Syd Barrett.

More than 40 people this weekend viewed the three-bedroom house in Cambridge which is on the market with a guide price of £300,000.

Roger 'Syd' Barrett, who died in July aged 60, moved into the 1930s-built house in 1981 after returning to Cambridge from London.

A spokesman for Cheffins estate agents said they had received several offers for the property at or above the guide price...
