In the absence of elections, the site admin has appointed moderators, usually based on their intrepid bearing, strong sense of justice and fair play, and devilish handsomeness. Bottom line is, the site admin owns the site, and we serve at his pleasure and discretion.

It's not as much fun as it looks, though.
