Another day of boredom here in Bonnie Scotland.
It's Sunday, and the tradition/rules over here is that on a Sunday, all males will
1) not shave
2) lie on the couch and scratch
3) watch football
4) not indulge in anything more strenuous than breaking wind.
I'm a traditional type of guy, and it was made easier to keep to the rules, by a distinct lack of female members of the household being present. Mrs E and my daughter had flown to Dublin for the weekend. Having just returned they spoke very highly of Dublin's fair city and how friendly the Irish folks were. They recommended the Guinness brewery tour! |
