There have been rumblings about a 2008 outing; I doubt Rog will have the time since he now seems pretty focused on getting The Wall up and running on Broadway.

He has plenty of songs stockpiled for an album, some of them already recorded, but they have apparently yet to cohere around a central idea. Roger's been dropping hints in interviews about several grandiose concepts but it all seems rather sketchy (in both the modern and antiquated senses) to my ears.
