Ahh The Cheesesteak is really something special and you can only get it in Philadelphia. others have tried but failed terribly.
Ok it starts with the Fresh itailian Roll made in a local bakery
Then you get chip steak which can either be chopped up or in slabs(everyone has there preference)
next is the Cheese which can also vary the most popular are american or Wiz
but with a Pizzasteak you would have Mozzerella and Pizza sause on it
Next is onions which when you order the sandwich you say "Wit or Wit out"
which translates into regular English as With or Without
for the record I'm one for Wit out as I'm no fan of Onions.
And last is toppings Hot Peppers are a fave if your bowels can handle the next day. also a pizzasteak which I already explained wit Mozz. and Pizzasause. Some people also combine a Cheesesteak wit a Hoagie which gives it lettuce tomato and onion and or Peppers or pickles.
so there it is and don't let anyone tell you it can be made anywhere because they are lying. also some places toast the roll to but not all places.
