Re: DSOTM x 8 - Dinner Bites Diner!

Crikey, how many typos did I make in my last post?!
Anyway boys I am afraid that my story isn't really all that intersting. The only reason why I remember it so well is because of the majorly good vibes going on that night, but if you are soo keen to hear it I will give you an extended version and tell you about my whole day.

I woke up not feeling so good because
A) I had a dance concert to perform at that night snd
B) I couldn't locate a friend who was my partner for one of the routines.
I was fast starting to feel worse and I thought to myself whats better for me than some PF therapy. However this was short lived seeing as my mother (who already had a headache) made it very clear she wanted it to be turned off. So a walk was in place for me.Once I got back it was time to start packing for the concert. Costumes, makeup, hair gel, several different pairs of shoes and other things of the such.
I made it to the dres rehearsal just on time, or so I thought. I got ther to find out that because of a technical problem earlier on all rehearsals were an hour and a half late. So there I was sitting in the audience, my discman out of batteries forced to listen to Swan Lake music in the first half and J-Lo, Five and Destiny's child in the second half. I myself was getting a headache to say the least. One thing that did improve my mood was that my friend had showed up (lets call her Jane).
YTh rest of the afternoon was spent rounding up 3 yr old ballerinas and pinning bits of costume to oneself.
To make a long story short, the concert was a relative success and I was on a natural energy high and wasn't abou to go home afterwards. So Jane suggested we go to this party she got invited to. We had to pick up a few people on the way ther but that was no problem. We got there to find there were already a few ppl there not too many people but a few. The major problem with this party was that there wasn't enough alcohol, there wassome but not enough. Some of us had managed to get tipsy and the other got stoned. By about 2 am most of the people had gone and the remaining 12 or so decided to play a good old fashioned game of Spin the bottle. The game was well underway when the owners of the house came outside and told us that this wasn't on in their backyard. Some of us had places to go others like me were going to crash at other peoles houses. The five of us arrived at our destination and were delighted to find a bottle of Vodka, however I don't think the owner of the bottle of Vodka was delighted to find that we had located his bottle of Vodka. Anyway we all kind of sat around and chatted while we had Meddle playing in the background. One of our buddies had decided that it was all too much for him and passed out on the couch. One of the other left because he lived close by so ther was only four of us left.
We decided to spread out over the room so Jane and a male friend of ours pulled out the sofa bed while me and the owner of the Vodka and the house migrated to his bed. Now I know Jane had a good time because certain items of her clothing were missing the next morning (no she didn't sleep with ihm) but I had a fairly uneventful night in that department. So now you may be wondering why I had such a good time. It was the fact that I spent most of night in bed wit the owner of the vodka talking to him about PF na life in generall. The funny thing was that the other two thought there was something going on because
A) the sheets were pulled up right over our heads and
B) The owner of the Vodka was a very fidgety fellow so he kept moving all the time and changing the psoition he was lying in
I think something might have happened cos we did end up having a short power nap whilst hugging each other but that was interrupted when DSOTM stopped playing and the occupants of the other bed were to lazy to get up and either change it or start pplaying something else and therfore the owner of the vodka had to get up and change it. It was at this point that the lad that had passed out on the couch decided to wake up and make a lot of noise about how cold he was so the owner of the vodka had to go look after him and that kinda killed the mood.
It was a good night really. I had great vibes from everyone around me and the music was good. Like I said nothing terribly exciting I just remeber feeling really good that whole night.
So there you go. If i have anymore stories to tell in the next few months you will all certanly be informed.

cheers
