I think Radio KAOS is by far Rog's best solo album. It has an interesting theme, catchy music, and marks Roger's last "real" effort at singing. I like Amused To Death but the half-talking half-singing thing gets to me sometimes. And, well, I love the Pros&Cons but that's a given. It just sounds like a Wall/Final Cut-era Pink Floyd album.
