No that's a bit hard. Personally I find the concept a little dubious but there are some great moments on KAOS. It is one of the few Floyd/Waters albums where the music is more important than the lyrics, except for a few songs such as Tide Is Turning, Me or Him, Powers That Be. The live show was excellent, as grand as a real Floyd concert.

I agree it is not in the same league as Pros & Cons and ATD is the best FLoyd album since Roger left !
