I like the way KAOS is set up as a radio broadcast, the whole Billy/Benny story seems a bit ridiculous and the album is forgettable save the last 3 songs. home and 4 minutes are a wonderful classic waters combo and the tide is turning is ok though it comes off better with the berlin '90 performance (even with Lauper shrieking portion). KAOS is certainly Waters least memorable work in my opinion.
