the only early floyd album i have is Atom Heart Mother..

i was gonna buy an album with Syd on it, but i borrowed this CD from the library - i think it was a "best of Syd Barrett" from 2 of his solo albums or something..

i hated it. was just like nursery rhymes or something. is early floyd anything like syd's solo stuff? cos if so i dont wanna waste the money...
