Re: Pink Floyd Fan Music Recommendations

While some people were talking about something like this, I figured I'd make a topic about it.

What band or album do you think your fellow Floydians would enjoy? What music do you enjoy that you want the rest of the world to hear? (Please, nobody put their own bands in there).

I figure I'll start out.

All of Radiohead's albums (except for Pablo Honey)
Can
Manic Street Preachers (Best album: The Holy Bible)(which is unfortunately unknown to most people on this side of the Atlantic).
Tool (Lateralus)
J.S. Bach (for those who want to step up on the "musical sophistication" ladder)
Syd Barrett
Rick Wright
Roger Waters
Nick Mason (Fictitious Sports, the fellow did a good job on that one)
David Gilmour
Electric Sheep (my band)
Rage Against the Machine (Self-titled)

This isn't everything I listen to for I have a very wide range of tastes. Unfortunately, many of them are well-known and mentioning them may cause others to think un-musically sophisticated.
