You are so right... you WOULD think they'd just "get over it" by now. I have to admit, I haven't read as much as I would have liked to in regards to how each of them feel about each other now... but I am still under the impression that Roger despises the others.

Anyway... the truth is, you always need balance in life. I believe in and practice a lot of philosophy that dictates a need for an emotional and intellectual balance in yourself to function as a caring but self-secure person and be successful, and I think that applies in most cases in life. Like it or not, you can argue who's better here and there and who's wrong and who's right, but the bottom line is that they all worked the best TOGETHER. I think Rog was a strong intellectual base and Dave a strong emotional base... I honestly wish I knew more about Nick and Rick so that I could figure out where they contributed too...

ANYWAY... didn't want to get too off topic... but I still think the greatest hits thing is a huge disappointment... maybe one day... they'll all remember that the important thing was their incredible friendships and the wonderful music that came out of their life experiences and relationships with EACH OTHER and forget all the petty, pride-filled crap in between...

and we'll all have a NEW ALBUM... :smile:
