| Re: What do you fear the most??? I seem to remember George Carlin pointing out that contradiction in his "Seven Words You Can't Say on TV" routine. It IS ludicrous, isn't it? That may be a large part of it, yes.
I just can't help feeling, however, that there is something wrong with the person himself/herself who does something like that, something wrong that goes beyond culture or environment. I've certainly read of horrid things like that in books, seen them on TV, at the movies, or--even worse, usually--on the news. But I cannot imagine committing those sorts of acts!
Still...I do believe we must do what we can about the culture and environment, because every little bit helps to prevent things like that.
