Though I responded to a Beatles thread in another section, it was this question I originally intended on asking. Why isn't there a comprehensive video account on the life, times and music of Pink Floyd. A documentary, I guess. I know there has been a Vh1 'Legends' made and there are various bootlegs floating about but never a nice, solid account of their story. I'd love to see some old live TV appearance footage from the Syd days and some later live stuff presented in a way similar to The Beatles Anthology. Is it because the band has zero interest? Are the feelings so bad that they've never wanted to work on something like this? I'll stand up to the challenge, dammit! I love to amass footage and put something like this together as a project just for the love of it. Anyone know Dave or Rogers e-mail? heehee. Let me know if there is such a production available.
