I could be wrong, but I don't think they make Panda-sized Tutus (dang, what's the plural for 'tutu'...Tuti?). Even if you could actually get a Panda in a Tutu, which I doubt, it would probably cut off the circulation (that is if panda avatars have circulation)...and could possibly be hazardous.
