I believe this is accurate.

Taylor 712C, Prototype Martin D-28, The ovation used on Comfortably Numb is the same guitar he used on the original recording, strung with unwound strings. The nylon guitar was made by Jose Vilaplana and his electric is a late '50's Gretsch Duo-Jet, and the Lap steel again is a Gibson EH 150.

Of course I may be totally off on the models but they are Taylor, Martin and Ovation for accoustic.
