Thanks guys. I found an ROIO of a '75 show with both songs on it, but the audio quality wasn't that great so I couldn't hear the lyrical differences on "You've Gotta Be Crazy," but "Raving and Drooling" is actually quite heavier like you said. I would have actually preferred this arrangement over the one that eventually became "Sheep." I would imagine that since both of them were only performed and recorded live that there aren't that many good recordings of them. But any Floyd fan who really likes Animals should check these songs out. I think they're worth looking for.
