If we ever find out about any upcoming concerts/gigs/tours/album/releases/official merchandise, we will post it on our News section or in the Concert/Tours information. If it ain't there, we don't know about it, so don't bother asking.

Contacting Pink Floyd, or anyone related to them (including their agent, EMI, Sony, etc.)

Unfortunately, we have NO WAY of contacting anyone even closely related to Pink Floyd. Believe me, we've tried, with no success.

"How do I install a theme/wallpaper/play the videos/whatever?" or any other technical question related to your own computer

Please try using the Google search engine to find the answer to such questions. If you really can't find the answer, after searching everywhere, then you might want to post this question to our Helpdesk and Questions forum, where other fellow floydians might be able to help you out.
