They're different. Cd 1 is the first half on the movie and CD2 is the second half. CD2 is more about how he's going crazy and that reflects in the music. but i like CD2 better just for Nobody home, comfortably numb and the trial

disc 2, no contest. it's more cohesive, less depressing, and more powerful than disc 1.

keep in mind, this is only comparison. I love Side A (In the Flesh-Mother) but the second half kind of runs me down...

First time I heard 'Waiting for the worms' I almost shat myself though. One can only take so much feigned facism before they crack.

while this is a 2 disc set, I see it all as one disc. It just is not complete without either part.
