Yes, those two are good, and also "Take the Long Way Home". All of the Breakfast In America album. That's about it for me.

David G. plays some fantastic gtr on a Supertramp song; it's on one of the albums released after Roger Hodgson left the band (80's?) sorry, I can't recall the name of it

Why are we always trying to compare completely differant bands? These threads are stupid. I like both bands, but I wont compare them, they are entirely different.

I like Supertramp, particularly 'Crime of the Century' (like BoaB), 'Crisis? What Crisis?', and 'Even in the Quietest Moments'. Their live album, 'Paris', is a great collection of some of their best - and it sounds great (excellent mixing). |

supertramp is a very good band , i saw their famous last tour in 1982 in montreal. in fact they did a 3 nights sell out at the forum. they were very big back then. that concert is still in my personal top 5. it ended with school as the encore. and i saw them last year and they played before an half empty molson center. peoples lost interest for that band during the 90's.

Career similarities aside, Stupidtramp doesn't have one logical song. All their songs are fool's overtures, and if you think they're good, then you're a dreamer, a stupid little dreamer. I'd rather got to school, than give a little bit of my time to them. Sorry, gotta go...I'm late for breakfast here in America, since I took the long way home. Cheerio!

Comparisons and competing views are all part of human nature. If we confined all discussion here to Pink Floyd, we'd soon run out of things to say about them, if we haven't done so already.

I didnt say that. I just think is no point making threads like this, cause pf owns all :P :P

I agree that comparisons to Pink Floyd are pointless, but if threads like this keep the natives happy, I don't complain...much.
