Bonnaroo 2004

Hey guys. Just wanted to see if any of you were planning to attend Bonnaroo this year. If you aren't familiar with it, I've heard some pretty good bands are coming, String Cheese Incident, the Dead, Bob Dylan, and Trey from Phish. Tickets are hard to get though, so I'm not sure if I'll get to go. Anyways, here's the site- I just wanted to let ya'll know about it. Hope to see you there

Re: Bonnaroo 2004

I'm totally going this year. Got the money all set aside and I'm going even if I have to hitchhike there.

Freakin' Radiohead! and Tom Petty!

Petty, Beck, Radiohead, Damien Marley - - - kind of gettin away from jam bands here arent we? No Government Mule or Ratdog? The only show Id like to see is Phil Lesh and Friends.

quite the lineup this year...

with Robert Plant and LEZ Zeppelin performing, some music blogs are making the leap that Led Zeppelin will be performing...

in the latest Rolling Stone,Jimmy Page sez nothing will happen as far as Led Zeppelin touring until Robert Plant /Alisson Krause tour ends in September...

Re: Bonnaroo 2004

I absolutely love Alison Krauss, I cannot wait to see her. And Willie Nelson, that was a big draw for me, too.

There are really quite a few people this year I'm excited about seeing. The only crap part is that I'm stuck going alone this year as my friends are not interested in going with me..."I'm not that into camping out for 4 days at some hippie festival", etc.

Re: Bonnaroo 2004

I go states side every year, and this year without fail, I'm going again...
I was very excited about this year but alas, my cousin's wedding is at the same time AND my parents decided to book a holiday to Berlin right after and need me to sit their house and their dog for them. What a way to spoil my chances! So by the time I get there it'll be long over......still going to be near there, but I guess I'll just go to a festival on my home soil.
