To Korean Pink Floyd Fans

It has come to our attention that the promoter of the Roger Waters show at the Olympic Stadium is using the Pink Floyd name and pictures of the band members to mislead fans into thinking that the entire band is performing there.
This is untrue. Pink Floyd is NOT performing in Korea.

Here in Australia they are using PF as a basis as well. You must understand for every hard core PF fan like all us here there are millions around the world who don't know Syd, or any solo works etc. I know someone who says he loves PF. He only knows DSOTM, Wall and WYWH!!! So i think the PF promtion is to let the many PF admirers (that's what we'll call them) to know that Roger was a very integral part of PF etc.

Yep, few days ago a friend of mine was excited cause he heard "PF will be in concert here in Italy in May, in Milan!", i had to explain him the whole story, he just know something of WYWH, The Wall, AMLOR and The Division Bell (and maybe One of these days, that here in Italy is the theme song of a soccer TV-show) but he consider himself a great PF fan, and i guess the promoters of Rog's tour take advantage of such guys.
