Why does this site keep going offline like that? It kinda blows... does anyone know why it keeps happening?

I believe it is because of some issues in trying to transfer the site to another server.

Yea, he had some problems when switching servers, the site grew too big for it's shoes i think -- so he had to get a new pair.
