Henry Gibson's last laugh

Henry Gibson died from cancer at the age of 73. He was probably most well known from his role in the 1960's Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, and was hilarious as one of the Illinois Nazis in the Blues Brothers.

He was a USAF veteran and stage actor before moving on to TV and films. Here's one clip from The Beverly Hillbillies, wherein the diminutive Gibson plays Quirt Manly, possibly the toughest man alive:

RIP Mr. Gibson.

Re: Henry Gibson's last laugh

Being a young rapscallion, I remember him mostly from Nashville and Magnolia (and loved him in both).

Alas.
