Can anything be done to stop these damn pop-up window adverts? I wouldn't mind the odd one or two but I just closed my browser to find seven of the bastards lurking behind!

Seven? Wow, usually all I get is one. When I get one, I just leave it minimized and that usually stops the other ones from popping up.

Now why didn't I think of that? Such a simple solution to an annoying problem. Most of the time I take a perverse pleasure in clicking the things off as soon as they pop up.

That was an interesting one. Most of them seem to be about videos, 10 CDs for the price of 1 or credit cards.
