maybe you were out of the loop cause cracked has been around for awhile. its just like mad but it has a janitor for a mascot named sylvester p. smythe and no fold ins or on the lighter side but they make their own little things. they even have a spy thing which is an obvious reference to spy vs. spy except its called spies and saboteurs. and of course the parodies are there too. basically the same thing as mad.
