I'm sure I'm going to catch H,E, double hockeysticks for this but here goes......

Coming in at # 3 (drumroll please)
DOGS
I do love to play this one live and still aspire to do the job Dave does on this one.

At #2 (cymbal crash please)
Comfortably Numb. Such a classic and a great solo.

(Now the trouble starts)

And My pick for Dave's best solo. (now mind you I'm a guitar player to and I look at technique as well as listenability)

At #1 (big fanfare)
Coming Back to Life: from the Division Bell.

This cut is not only a great solo in itself but it truly showcases Daves growth as a player over his career. It shows a maturity and development few ever achieve yet still maintains the spark of inventiveness found in Time, Money, SOYCD, all his classics.

Lets face it folks, Dave is just flat great, pick any solo, it's gonna be good.

It's hard to pick just 3, everytime he picks up the guitar he's brilliant but these are the ones that almost make me stop breathing when I here them.

1. Dogs
2. Any Colour You Like
3. Childhood's End

I can't narrow it down so I'll just pick my five favourite solos...

"Comfortably Numb" - P.U.L.S.E.
"Dogs" - Animals
"Time" - Dark Side of the Moon
"Coming Back To Life" - The Division Bell
"Sorrow" - A Momentary Lapse of Reason
