Here I am!!!

I'm pretty sure I was supposed to get here a long time ago, but since I didn't know where I was going, I either got lost, misguided, or otherwise confused. I'm into vintage audio gear, so my music is STRONGLY preferred to be on vinyl, thank you very much. Ask me about my Leak Sandwiches, or if you know more than I do about them, please enlighten me. I don't have a cat, but can get along with them, rather well. BTW, hi everyone.

Greetings, Spaceman Spiff! I am glad your intrepid journey 'cross the cosmos has led you here. If you need any help or have a question, holster your laser blaster... no need on a friendly planet like this! Just ask a moderator like myself, we'll do our best to help you fix your shiny red flying saucer, so you may live to face yet another grotesque space alien in no time.

Re: Here I am!!!

Why thank you, kind earthling. I've been a fan of Pink Floyd since I was in the 6th grade, when a girl brought DSOTM to school & played it for us. I'm 48 now, so that's been a few years ago, lol. I found this site while researching A Nice Pair, & while I didn't find out how to date my copy here, I did eventually learn that it's from the first USA pressing, in Los Angeles. I still need a few albums for the whole collection, but I have pretty good luck in finding the good ones. Somewhat related, I found some good albums today, including Jack Bruce/At His Best & Ginger Baker/At His Best, that were released about the same time as Heavy Cream. I've had Heavy Cream & Eric Clapton's album from this group for awhile, but the others are much less common.
