Some quick pointers:

The website is basically organised in two parts: content and forums.

See the navigation bar at the very top? From there you can access the forums and the most important parts of content (Lyrics, Discography, Tablatures and Band Members).

Whenever you access the forum, after you log in, you can use the "New Posts" function to see all new forums posts made since your last visit. You may find it in the bottom part of the navigation bar, in between "Calendar" and "Search". It's a nice way that I use myself to know what's new in the forums.

But also remember that there are literally THOUSANDS of old discussions in the forums. You may browse through them using the forums link above. Discussions are divided into several sub-forums, encompassing different phases of Pink Floyd (with Syd Barrett, after he left the band, Waters domination, and after Waters left the band), as well as other ones (solo career discussions, just babbling, music discussions, collector's corner, jam room, etc).

You may also navigate from the main page, especially if you're looking for content.

Anyway, I hope that gives you something to start with. If you have any specific doubts on finding your way around the webiste, just let me know!
