By the way, I genuinely like Wyclef's WYWH, I think he is a great musician, and I even dislike hip-hop, but not him. By the way, that is not a sample, he actually plays the guitar.

returning to the original topic -
just for you to know that Placebo (of whom I also a great fan) did a really nice cover of Terrapin. sorry I don't remember exactly but I think it was one of the B-sides.

ooops, sorry it was Mark Almond who did Terrapin, Placebo did Dark Globe...got confused a bit here...

i heard Bowie (according to my friend who's a H U G E fan of his) had a band and was really influenced by Barrett. the band was called Arnold Corn.

don't know whether this is right but i found out something-Corn-something was the band in Cambridge where Barrett was playing after Pink Floyd.
